Your Name as a Trademark - Mr. Pecker

I love this post - not only because I am constantly being asked "Can I Trademark my Name" - but because of the implication on the internet. I once handled a case similiar to this one - but was able to keep it out of the courts.

This one is a little more stranger - particularly because of the name being protected. It also sends a great message to those cybersquatting on personal names - you may be sued for damages! Bravo WIPO!
